Refunds & Returns
We handle returns with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy has a few restrictions.
Before contacting us to start a return, please make sure your order fits our return criteria below. *Note that all returns must be authorized (by contacting us) before arriving at our facility.*
The following products can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in complete quantities, and are unused in their original packaging:
- Unprinted garment bags
- Poly bags on-a-roll
- Bra cups
Unopened petticoats may be returned at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately once a petticoat has been opened we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
*Garment bags that are printed with your store’s logo are final sale.*
Subscription orders: please note we cannot offer a refund for custom bags. Unprinted bags can be returned at the customer’s expense, but logo printed bags are final sale. If you would like to cancel the subscription, please do so before the next order is placed.
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria. Any merchandise that arrives at our facility that is not eligible for returns will not be refunded.

- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!)
- Pack up your return and ship using the courier of your choice to:

Eligible returns can be exchanged for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds and credits do not include the cost of shipping.
